- Agua y Jabón: Para una limpieza más profunda, mezcla agua tibia con unas gotas de jabón suave. Sumerge la joya durante unos minutos, frota suavemente con un cepillo de cerdas suaves y enjuaga con agua tibia.
2. Almacenamiento Adecuado:
- Caja o Bolsa: Guarda tus piezas en una caja de joyería forrada o en bolsas de tela suaves para evitar rayones y enredos.
- Separación: Almacena cada joya por separado para prevenir el contacto entre ellas, especialmente las que tienen piedras preciosas.

At Jannan Memories, each piece is crafted with love and purpose, whether it's a personalized design or an elegant jewelry piece from our collections. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Personalized Jewelry
Due to the custom nature of these products (engraved names, photos, messages, etc.):
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error that is our responsibility.
- If your personalized item arrives with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and original packaging.
Non-Personalized Jewelry (Elegant Collections)
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A refund or store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items purchased on sale or promotion.
- Used, altered, or damaged items due to misuse.

- Personalized Jewelry: Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.
- Non-Personalized Jewelry: Ships within 2–4 business days.
Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

We ship from Puerto Rico to the United States and locally using trusted carriers like USPS or UPS.
- Puerto Rico: 2–5 business days
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: Coming soon
Delivery times may vary due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
